Condition survey for vessels and equipment is used as a statement of fact and represents the status at a particular time . The survey will typically determine the working or operational Condition of critical equipment and management systems, including its certification status .
These surveys are normally requested by vessel or barge owners, charterers and insurance interests, including P& I Clubs , On‐ hire or Off‐ hire Condition Surveys .
